What we did?

Our role

At Citrus, we made sure that N’Altitude Festival 2021 was a well-rounded experience for all attendees. Here’s how we brought everything together:

Product Development

We worked to position N'Altitude as a unique event that blended adventure, culture, and music. By incorporating local elements such as traditional Albanian music and authentic northern cuisine, we helped develop a product that felt both immersive and special to attendees, allowing them to connect with the Albanian Alps in a meaningful way.

Artist Booking and Program Lineup

We curated a diverse lineup of artists, booking both local bands and DJs to ensure the festival's musical performances were as vibrant as its adventure activities. From traditional performances featuring lahuta and çifteli to modern DJs, the lineup was carefully selected to appeal to a wide audience while reflecting the spirit of the festival.

Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy

Our digital marketing campaign played a key role in building awareness and excitement for the festival. We promoted the event across social media platforms and through targeted online advertising, highlighting the festival’s mix of outdoor adventure and cultural experiences. This strategy helped attract both locals and international visitors.

Event Implementation

We oversaw the entire festival execution, ensuring that all elements, from the outdoor activities to the live music performances, ran smoothly. Our team coordinated the setup of the festival grounds, managed vendor arrangements, and ensured that logistics for the various adventure activities were in place.

Evaluation and Monitoring

During the event, we continuously monitored how things were running, making sure all aspects of the festival were delivered smoothly. We managed crowd control, coordinated the schedule of events, and ensured that both the adventure activities and the music performances were on track throughout the festival.
